Tradin for a sound system is it a good deal?

I might trade my paintball gun(moded spyder e-99),my guitar(bronze warlock never play anyway),15 watt guitar amp for a jl audio w3 12in sub in a box 1 year old,a 800w 4 channel amp, and 4 4" audiobaun speakers.
What do u think is it a good trade and opions on how it will sound I currently have 2 other 6.5" speakers in the back to.

and what does a 4 channel amp do taht a two can't because im not very educated in sound systems.

personally i dont think it is, you can buy a 12w3 in a box for MOST $200 if that, and a good 800w amp is bout same what brand is this amp?

thanks the amp is nothin speacial and he just told me it doesnt match ohms of the sub.
