That thing has finally beat me down. After two years of an uphill battle, I can't do it any longer. I fix one thing and something else fucks up. I'm also tired of looking like a no driving fuckstick. My next car will have a stick but I won't be missing any gears if you know what a mean. I contacted a possible buyer last night but no offers yet. Going to put it on E-bay today.

I think I need to set him up with a Mopar. Not only will he be able to go fast but his car will still be running at the end of the season when everyone else is broke. Then he can come with me and win some money like I did last week. ($1,000) aint bad.

Manual trannys seem to be hard on parts. Ive even got f-22 going to an automatic. I never thought Id see the day but even he gets tired of having to fix stuff all the time.

ha, he doesn't need a mopar to build a bracket racket car. you can do that with anything consistent, even if it's consistently slow. :D ;)

that's cool that it's going jerico and all but i thought you were going for something fast and still real streetable...put a t-56 or tko or something in it. although, you can potentially miss gears with those...it's just the jerico for out and about cruising around town would kinda suck. the idea of the jerico itself though is cool and they do sound sick shifting without the clutch just slamming the handle back and forth - one of the reasons i like listening to chris's car go down the track.

Three gears are always better than two dickheads. If a car operates best from 6500 to 7500 then why drag it down to 5800 with a junk ass glide.Besides now they have light weight internal parts for um. I think you will be seeing a few more at the track next season.Thats just what a little birdie told me.

and 4 gears with a clutch is way better than a turdo 400!!
but if you want an auto,a turdo 400 is a big heavy piece=even with lightweight parts!

Make plenty of power and you don't have to worry about it. If your right then why don't you see any outlaw cars with c4's and turbo 400's. Show me an outlaw car that goes faster with a turbo 400 than it does with a glide and you have proved your point.:bsmeter:

Oh and by the way I would have been racing a whole lot more except the fact that my shit didn't run for three years! Did you hear me talking any shit until I got it done NO! I hope next season you quit hiding behind your street car and finish your race car. Can't wait to see how it runs with a 3 speed.:bird:

If you go to the funford web site and watch the video of Dan millen you will see that he has a glide in the car. As for Mike Hill and Steve Kirk they are both nitrous junk(but still fast as hell) and I don't know shit about Goethe and Warner.
