oh yeah, nick, i did find out why the car was running like crap. it turned out to be a huge vacuum leak under the intake. one of the vacuum spots that points toward the front (one to the front and three towards the back/firewall) had blown the cap off at some point causing a massive leak. i had fixed the ones on the back but not the front. i patched it up and all was well. i guess after that last pass the other weekend at steele when it blew all the vacuum stuff off the intake, i overlooked that one. actually, i had forgotten there was one pointing towards the front of the car on this one so i never checked it...

well i guess i did miss out then seeing as how i was up late the night before working on my car :burnout:
