Since we're over here. I need suspension for the mustang. Think southsides will hit the tires too hard for the street. What about shocks and struts. Any opinions?

I have had good luck with southsides. Just do your torque boxes up right. I used Koni's on my fast car 70/30 on others . I don't know the cost but does hal make a good mustang shock? If so I would use them.
I would use a nice adjustable upper for the rear southside lowers. And some nice sperical control arm bushings.

Hal might make a shock. I will have to check. When you say do the torque boxes. Do you mean reinforce both the upper and lowers, or just weld the uppers to the body without using battle boxes or something similiar.

Heck you gotta start makeing power before you tear them out. I noticed this weekend that the street tires won't hook the n2o in low gear but they will in second. Also, the slicks won't hook the n2o in low gear however they will in second. Go figure.
