2 broke rear driveshafts in 1 day .

Nice pics. Did you kill another one after I left?
I broke the bolts out of the front shaft on the way out.

yelp , killed the 2nd one over by the lease ....remember the hill chad jumped with the caddy ? well theres a tree root at the very top of it now . i got hung up on it . and i'm not even going to talk about getting stuck and it took both saybye and cashed to pull me out . (thanks to both)

so you got off ok ......cool .

only bad part of the day was the fact that i was told there were going to be at least 10 to 15 trucks/jeeps ..... bullshit ! 2 people showed up from naxja from chatt. one guy wheeled his jeep. nice guy also , and the other guy rode with me , this was the guys 1st real offroading . he didn't think his jeep would make it .i don't think i'll be putting together anymore rides for no-shows .

3/4's of the group is the guy's i ride with all the time . (they had come to help me guide this group of xj's and to also get some trail time . )

thanks ricky,larry,cory,jarret,david wish we could have show some peoiple around .

oh , any i meet saybye for the 1st time . hell he fit right in with our group . brandon anytime you want to ride with us bring it !

it was a blast guys, def gotta do it again soon! no problem on the pull, i was happy to try out my front hooks and my high tech bad ass rear bumper! lol. how about u sliding off the trail after breaking that driveshaft? that was a looong way down to the bottom of that hollow!

i was with you on expecting how many XJ's would show, i was also thinking 10 to 15 the way everyone on there talked it up. thats prolly the last time i ever try to organize something on there also. DSPilot and that other guy that rhode with you were the only ones off there besides me and you. i was impressed DS took his everywhere we did, especially up the creek trail!

good to meet all the other regulars. yall are a hell of a group to wheel with!

yeah add me to the call list for aetna! ive gotta get welded in the rear before i go back though, oh and get some spare yokes, ujoints and driveshafts!

Use ford 9 inch straps on that rear yolk. Worse case is you keep breaking them you don't have to try and get broken bolts out.

saybye ...i've got everything you need for spares ..... yolk , you got spare axles ? i got a couple of each front and rear . your xj got the disconect or the non-disc front ?

good spare parts to take with you all the time are .

front/rear driveshaft ....
both front axles ....
both rear axles .....
u-joint .....
yolk .....
bolts/straps.....

i can hook you up with most of this at a good price . larry might have what i don't .
