Well man, this really doesnt help anyone on this site out to help you, what do you mean your car is cutting out? if you mean when you hit 135mph and it cuts out, thats your throttle cut off, it is a governor to help keep you from staying in it and killing yourself. An upgraded ECU can fix that, now, if it cuts out when your not hitting your top speed, Check to see if your Check Engine light is on.
If it isnt on, drive it, and use process of elimination to figure out what it is causing it to cut out.
If it is on, Go to auto zone, take your ash tray out, and behind it you will find a little gadget that looks liek some sort of Computer Harness plugs into it, This is your OBDII Diagnostic Code Reader Hook-Up Harness (On Board Diagnostic II). Get them to bring the code reader outside, and get them to see what code(s) the car is throwing. The code will consist of one letter and four numbers, if the first two characters are P0, there are only one of 704 things it could be lol. Thier code readers should also tell you what the problem is.
The OBDII system is more known to be on the 96-97 accords of your body style, if it doesnt have the OBDII system on it, it has the OBD1 on it, which the plug in for it will either be under the driver side dash, or the passenger side dash, there is a way to rig it so that you can read the code yourself, but you will have to go to another site to get that, im not sure how that works since i have never owned a car equipped with the OBD1 system, I have only owned OBD0 cars, and worked on OBDII cars.
Good luck with it though ;)
