Time to sell one of my daily drivers because I'm moving and I no longer need a car to rack up miles on. It's a 1997 Ford Escort 4 door sedan, white exterior, grey interior, 148k miles, automatic, 4 cyl, AM/FM Cassette, power mirrors, 4 wheel ABS. It's a very clean car to be a 97 and has been well taken care of. I've logged over 10k miles on it and I've had no problems. Just before I purchased it last year the A/C died but it may just need charged - I haven't looked into it. Just this past weekend I flushed the tranny fluid, gave it an oil change, replaced the rear wheel bearings, front tie rod ends, 4 wheel alignment, installed new spark plugs and cleaned the wires, and flushed the radiator. This car is road ready. The tires are Michelin Pilot with about 60% tread left. The only body damage is the driver's fender is slightly rippled from the previous owner scraping a wooden pole. The paint is not damaged - just the ripples in the metal. The passenger side mirror does not have the outer housing. KBB value on it with the A/C not selected (since it currently does not function) is about $1,800. I will entertain REASONABLE offers on this car and no trades please, only a sale. Car is located in Ooltewah, TN near Chattanooga.
