Wheel Repair?

I got ahold of a set of damaged Fn10rc's for pretty cheap. They all have a dent/small bend in the lip from a loosing encounter with an enormous pothole. 3 hold air. I was planning to use them mainly for autox, so im not concerned with refinishing them, just getting them (mostly) balanced and holding air. Any suggestions as to where I could take them/home repair ideas? Someone went so far as to suggest that I warm them with a torch then beat the shit out of them...Totally unsafe, right?
