So what? You sold the truck to him and that deal is done, so why don't you stay out of the thread and let him sell the truck? Have you read the sticky at the top of this forum? Here it is again if you missed it.

And as policy has been in the past. If you don't have a question or reasonable comment then stay out of the thread. No smack in the buy/sale area. Don't like the price or product....then don't buy it.

alright this is how my luck goes. thursday took off work to get every ready for the car show & swapmeet at noccalula falls in gadsden al. got everything loaded up. the bed of the 83 silveroda was full of parts an my camaro was on the trailor. an then my bad luck sat in. the new factory carb i'll has just bought took a dump. it started overloading bad. so i took it back off an run back up to advance autoparts to exchange it. lucky they had one. came all the way back an got it on. just to find out it was defected. so here i go again, got back up there an my luck that was the last one. he said that they could have one in the moring. i told them i was leaving out tonight. an they was nice enough to give me an new edelbrock #1405 600cfm carb an said take this an we would have you carb here when you get back. my wife works at this store but they still did not have to do this so i want to give a big thanks to them. but they are not getting their edelbrock carb back. i could not beleave it. but it gave the truck lots more torque & hp. an it seems to get even better gas mileage. i wish i had check the mileage before i left. but i went all the way down there pulling my camaro & hauling all the parts an when i hit I-59 i let it row around 80 an sometimes 90 all the way down & back home.

sorry for the long story. but wanted to share. thanks fuzz
