Hey everyone,
I know this is unusual for me to post something like this, but I think
everyone needs to be aware and know what is going on. I am sending this to
you, so you will in return send it to all the women you know and care about.

My sister just informed me that she spoke to a police officer today
(on a field trip to the zoo with her daughter's class) that there will be
HEAVY police activity in the metro area this weekend, specifically Lithia
Springs, Douglasville,Villa Rica and Carrollton. The police officer went on
to tell Alicia to pass this information on to others.
There has been a lot of vehicles broken into lately in broad daylight
in Carrollton and in Douglas, which sparked the interest of the police to
watch out in the parking lots for suspicious people. This past week the
Carroll County officials arrested several hispanic gang members at the
Carroll County Walmart. It was reported to the police there will be an
initiation this weekend that will take place at a Walmart, in either of the
towns I just mentioned. The initiation for this gang is for a wanna be
member to abduct, kidnapp, rape and murder a woman who is by their self at a
Walmart. The officers will be out in record numbers beginning today and
ending Sunday night at the Walmarts in the surrounding areas.
Please be careful and be watchful of those around where you are. My
sister was very serious when she was telling me this, and now I am telling
you. Be careful. And please pass this along to anyone possible.

well as much as the gang problem has been in the media surrounding douglas county i wouldnt put it past any gang bangers to do some stupid shit like that, but as long as i keep me and my family safe im good, i can depend on my artillery!!!!

A quick look-see at Snopes and a search for gang initiation brings up some articles they proved as false with very similar story lines about gang initiations involving murders at the local Wally World.

A guy at work got the same thing in his email and was telling me about it. So yeah, first thing I did was check Snopes.

Whitestang was just trying to look out for us , whether it is true or not its still a good reminder to be very aware of your surroundings at all times and be careful and travel with groups when ever possible,.............Like I said true or not , bad shit like the things he described above happen each and everyday whether Snopes or anyone else verifys it or not...we all know its sad but TRUE. Douglasville is HORRIBLE. It would'nt surprise me a bit if those wanna be little dumbasses got together and carried something stupid like that out just because they were bored and had nothing else to do.

We went out to the Bug compound this evening and a young lady stopped by out there that works at the Wally world on Hwy 5. She said that a lady did come up missing from the O'charley's right there next to the mall. This is not confirmed of course...I just got home...but I thought that it was interesting that she said something about it and had not read this thread.

I work at a Wal-Mart in Lawrenceville and I have seen a e-mail like this also that was passed around but nothing has been said about it being true.It don't matter what county you live in this could happen alot of places.Yesterday we had a man come in the store at lunch time and punch two ladies in the face for no reason.He did not even know the ladies.But his crazy ass is sitting in jail now.
