The dual Oil coolers, front strut bar, stiffer suspension, I guess I now know interior, and whatever else Lohan or Duff can tell you because that is all I know.

You know, I love those cars so much, Ive had 3 in the past year(silver touring, montego touring, and my new baby..the black base). They all have treated me well. I guess the key is to sell them BEFORE you blow the motor up! ZOOM...ZOOM...BOOM! HEHE...

F and R spoilers, suede like cloth seats (only black), no cruise, no sunroof, no "Bose Hose", brake ducts (mine are gone courtesy od some cones). '93 R-1's were available in Vintage Red, Brilliant Black, and the highly desirable and rare Competition Yellow Mica. In the 94 and 95 years the R models are called R-2s. The suspension was softened slightly and the CYM was dropped and silverstone metallic was added to the R-model lineup.

Yes, they are.... Carson is the person you refer to with the CYM, but he lives in Dallas now. He's fabricated his single turbo kit, trying to work the kinks out of it.

For right now, I've decided to keep it until I get back in Jan., I'm going to sell my pettit SS midpipe and my pettit intake. If your interested let me know. The only reason I'm selling is because I have 2 options I'm considering, one being going single and the other is making the car stock again and selling it after I get through rebuilding my engine and turbo's. Either way, I'll either be using the cat. again or putting on a full titanium exhaust from the dp back.

I know your bub had serious problems with his 7 Breez but I have seen way too many running great and making good power. They are finicky beasts. Sometimes no matter what we do something won't work.

I agree. I love the cars (his, mine, and I think 3rd gens are beautiful), and I know that 99% of people have better luck than we do. It's just that after 8 years with one, 7 motors, and about $50k wasted, I am a little biased. :cry2:

Carson's motor is currently blown. Somehow the turbo went out and starved the motor of oil. He had the Turbo XS RFL (we all know what that stands for) blow off valve.

a friend of mine had a red R-1. The fastest it ever went at bristol was a 15.3 didnt matter how you drove it, 15.3 I was like man your car is a fast as a stock Type R.... I managed to get a 15.0 out of it with drag radials...

not to get into this but.....
you got rid of the Supra because you could not afford to fix it. So you buy probably the most problematic of the high performance imports? If you are broke why not get something that is know to be reliable or at least cheap to fix.

The car has a full bumper to bumper warranty until 2006 or 86000 miles. If anything goes wrong, than its fixed for FREE....Its not that im broke, it is just that the supra had a lot of shit wrong with it, frame still had damage, the tranny 1st gear was messed up and you had to come to a stop just to put it into first gear, and a lot of other shit,,,it would be like 10 thousand more dollars for just paint and body work if not more,,,,,thats not adding the mechanical problems of the car... Im not a total idiot like brad said i am... I do have some common since. im not just going to trade a supra for an rx7 for the HELL of it. If the supra was in good shape i would still have it. Thats why i said i dont have the money for the car right now. Thats why i bought the rx7, it has 40miles on it, warranty and is bone stock.

The car was wrecked when i bought it, and the front was primmer, but like from the doors back it was paint, so he decided to paint the rest of the car with spray paint for some reason,:bash:
