Well, my v8 donor car turned out to be a damn 4 cylinder converted car, with a grinding 4 cyl T-5. Nothing like asking a seller 5 times if it's a factory v8 car and being told each time that it is.
I know sprayedhatch has one for sale, but unfortunately it's out of my price range. So if anybody has one for sell, or knows of somebody that has one for sell let me know.
BTW, if it doesn't have an id tag that I can check the numbers on I'm not interested.

I'm afraid unless you move fast sprayedhatches t-5 is sold as of tommorrow. I feel ya man.. at least you had a 4cylinder t-5 lol.. I had the 4-cylinder SROD.. but oh well it still ran a lot better in the 1/8th than I could have expected.

I think we've about decided to put the 4cyl t-5 in and run it til it dies. Don't plan on driving it hard, so we'll see how it goes for the time being. I'll still be keeping an eye out for one.

Just in case whatever deal you have falls through, you have the numbers of the id tag by a chance?? What are the specs on the transmission?

I dont have the tag # its still in the car as of right now. Its a 68 cluster super alloy gearset with syncronized reverse and i think the came with a steel bearing retainer as well....one of the better t-5's
