With the upcoming changes to SCF, we will have a 'featured ride' section on the home page (which is in development). If you would like the opportunity to have your ride and bio in the line-up as the featured ride, provide some pics and some info about your car and yourself in this thread!

Hi, Roy! I don't know if my car is fast enough or looks good enough to be on a web site with all these other great cars but here's my story and my car pictures. And by the way I really mean that about these other cars really being great!! I just hope I can get my car to look as good as some of these on here!

My car is an '86 Mustang GT with T-tops. It has a 302 with a Cobra Intake, 65mm Holly throttle body, and Steeda underdrive pulleys. It has a T5 transmission, aluminum driveshaft, 3.73 geared rear-end, BBK progressive lowering springs, 180 mph BBK speedometer, Steeda Tri-ax shifter, Steeda adjustable clutch cable, Steeda 5-way adjustable caster camber plates, BBK shorty headers, 4" cowl fiberglass bolt on hood, and a Saleen wing. I'm sure I'm forgetting something but that's the just of it. I hope to improve more on the car as time goes on.

Me and this car have a real story behind it. I traded an '88 Chevy Suburban for this car about 6 years ago. To my now husband!! He is also happy that we traded because he still gets to drive it and he knows that if I hadn't gotten it that he never would have seen it again!

I have ran my car at Brainard and went a 9.89 spinning in 1st and 2nd gear. Just couldn't get it to hook up. Next time I'll take some slicks! Not too bad for a girl...I thought!! :)

Here are a couple of pics of my 1993 Mustang GT. Its a original 75K mile car in a rare Vibrant Red/Black interior combo. Here is a list of mods:

stock shortblock
Edelbrock Performer heads
E-303 cam
1.7 RR
TFS Street Heat intake
65mm TB
75mm MA
Vortech SQ w/ aftercooler
Flex-a-lite fans
MSD 6 AL
BTM
Mac Longtubes
Off-road H-pipe
Flowmaster cat-back
3.55 gear
5-lug conversion
10th anniversary Cobra wheels Nitto 245/45/17s up front w/ MT drag radial 275/40/17 on the rear.

It made 512 rwhp last week at Atlanta Chassis Dyno on 10psi. I've been 11.8 at 124 on 245/50/16 Nittos slipping the clutch out of the hole. It should be a low 11 second car when I install the UPR suspension set-up.
