I'm listing this tow dolly for a friend of mine. It has a 2 inch coupler that has a built in lock but is recommended that you buy a master lock to insure that it stays latched, also comes with ramps and safety chains. The tires are in excellent condition. Towing straps are not included but could be purchased at advance or auto zone for about 20 per strap. First $500 bucks takes it home.
