I am looking for a 5.4 block or complete engine for my f150. Prefer to pick up somewhat locally.

Ive got a set of heads off a low mileage (10k) lighting if you are intrested they are PI off a 2001. $300

Eric, the cams come with them. I'm on vacation. I'll be back Monday if you are intrested in them. They are at the same place you picked up the coupe.

Marc, Ill get back with you on the heads. I'd like to find a complete 5.4 engine before I start buying seperate parts.
