Hey hows it going? Just wanted to drop a line and say hello to everyone. Is there anyone else in here with a GN or Ttype? I have a 1986 Buick Ttype with a few mods done to it, 0.30 JE forged pistons, 212 comp cam, comp valve springs, hi flow oil pump, ARP rod and main bolts, all new bearings, gaskets, timing set. Only stock parts left in engine are the crank and the rods. Hopefully have tranny done soon so I can hear this thing breath. Hope to hear from the canadians and the americans on this board.

Welcome! We have several Canandians on here. There are some Grand National owners both in the Chattanooga/Dalton section and also in the Atlanta section under the Southeast region forum on the home page.

Feel free to join us in those sections!

...which happened to be car enthusiasts...which we are looking for. I was excited that we got to add another country to the site. But, many have left.

Welcome SUFFRN6! :waveby: Don't be a stranger. Feel free to post around the different forums and say HI. Like Roy said, there are quite a few GN's in the Atlanta section and the Chattanooga/Dalton section.

Hey man,

Do you know Steph and Trent? Since you live in NB, thats because they run East Coast Compacts, just wondering if your part of their flock, thats all

03 Corolla, Nope don't know anyone from east coast compacts. Are they a good bunch of guys? Not looking to meet any one that thinks they know everything about everything. Have they got a website or bulletin board?

514 GTX your car is not really a Ttype, a real Ttype is turbocharged, and rearwheel drive. Buick did carry on the Ttype name on N/A Buicks. They are sharp looking cars but the wrong wheels spin. Have never seen one done before. Have you got pictures of yours, and what mods have you got done?

Thanks for the welcome to this site and I hope to hear more from everyone soon.

Thanks again, SUFFRN6.

SUFFRN6...the only thing I've done to the buick is change the roller that was in it to a Comp 280HR roller cam and port the intake and cyl heads and change the valve springs and retainers.(I had a used set of Titanium 10 degree retainers)..it's my every day driver..sound nice and drives even better..

Hey 514 GTX nice car. That body style looks cool, always liked that style. Was just kidding about the wrong wheel drive.
