Any test and Tune days, but not during the race is what BG and Alabama told me. I wound up getting mine at London Dragway while in a bracket race.

I got mine at London too during a pro mod shoot out, made 3 passes in a row between each round break and was done in a couple hours ;) The owner (Craig) is a good guy and will find you the other drivers to sign off and will help you get it done.
Just make sure you bring your physical with you and make sure and do single lane passes. No problem getting 6 in on a regular Friday night there. I went to BG first but they didt want to be bothered with it on a crowded saturday T&T, told me to come back next week..

I dont know about now but you use to be able to do your lic passes at any ORSCA race. They counted your qualifying passes as your lic passes, I know thats how Brandon got his, but like I said I dont know about now. You could probably call and ask Brandon about it. And be sure to have your physical done. PM me or call me if you need his number.

First you have to go to a doctor that has FAA accredited physical certification to give you the physical exam. Most tracks dont even give the blindfold test anymore. You just have to have licensed drivers there to watch your runs to sign off for you....
