yeah but who's leaving about what time and all that good stuff. i know there will be a ton of people there running all kinds of times. you gotta remember there will be just as many from VA and maybe NC. knoxville is kinda far and i know crossville is a really good trip to bristol.

THEY ARE ALLOWING DRAGSTERS!!!???? I had seen this at one event but are they allowing them at Bristol??? I thought it said door cars only..... I will be there with my car as long as I can get a load headed toward home tommorrow. I am in BFE Oklahoma....

I hope their not allowing dragsters..lol. We have worked our asses off to slow our stuff down so we might be in a competitive time zone, It will be just my luck they will pick some off the wall fast field. LOL we will see. I will be leaving as soon as the house sitter shows up, tommorow. I gotta go in the morning to the chassis shop and have a new window net mount made, after that we are ready.

The one we went to in Phoenix they allowed dragsters and roadsters! There were two dragsters and two roadsters and strange as it seems they had to run eachother first round. I can tell you that the one where we were at they just didnt pick at ET and ran 16 from that. If you are smart you will get someone to watch and record all the ET's from the qualifing runs and you will be able to see the bigggest group nearest the same ET and help you to get in. The group picked in Phx. was cars that ran 9.10 to 9.25! The dragsters were S/C cars that run well into the 7's and they ran throttle stops! Had the stops set for down track instead of off the hit as normal... Also if you get picked for this episode you will be allowed to go to any other PINKS to try and qualify whether you have a ticket or not! It was alot of fun. There were 400 plus cars at Phoenix.

You never know what they are going to pick so dont bother trying, out of 400 cars there will be several groups to choose from and they will be looking for a good story, flashy car and girl drivers like they always do.

if i leave at 6:30 get to eat at 7-8. leave and get there about 10:30. and set in line. i should be good. you never know what could happen. could have to change a flat or overheat or anything.

Yes, you will be waiting along time to get in. I just came back from there. They ran everybody out of the pits and told them they would be first in line to be let in tomorrow. We could leave are trucks and cars in the pits but we could not stay. So there will be a line when you get there.
