Twiggs-TNT & Grudge Racing ?

I need to go somewhere and test the changes in Tylers Nova this weekend.I'm going to LaGrange unless someone can tell me something about Twiggs.I haven't been to Twiggs this year.Has any of you guys been ? Hows the track ? Any prep ? Whattaya think Twiggs or LaGrange??Those are about my only choices at the present time. I can't afford to venture off too far right now. LaGrange DOES prep their track.

They got the track working pretty well (aprox. 2 months ago) and still has good potential. Although over the past 4-6 weeks (after the big "jay barnes" race) the track prep has gotten a good bit worse, car count and crowd has gotten very small, no one wants to grudge for $$ at the current time, etc. Maybe they can get it turned back around, I feel like it has good potential but its jsut not there right now. You probably could get ALOT of runs in due to the low car count though. JMO

Can you run @ LaGrange Matt ?Alot of people don't like it cause of the hill at the shut down area.I like it though.I haven't seen your car run since Dallas,I think it was like 2003 or so when I took my Malibu out for the first time and we talked in the line at the Tech Shack.
You should be able to make as many passes as you want on Sunday.Thats where we are going.They open up at !:00 pm for TNT and Grudge Racing.

If your thinking of running at Lagrange you might as well continue up the road and go to Phenix City it's a much better facility handsdown. There's a difference between a track that "preps" and a track that is consistently maintained well.

As Nutz commented, Twiggs is not a good grudge track at the moment. They have some issues to work out with the way that place is operated. :turd:

Yeah,kinda figured that Twiggs would suck.I like LaGrange and believe me,we're not setting any "New Track Records" anywhere,but I do need to be at a track with some prep cause with the new set-up,so far,its sizzling the hell outta the ET Streets. I have heard about Phoenix City but never been.When we get to runnin good,we'll try it out. Right now,my wallet and my gas guage says LaGrange.
