I PICKUP A NEW COBRA INTAKE FROM THESE GUYS AND HAVE HAD PROBLEMS LIKE ITS MADE IN CHINA, BUT THE BAFFLE WAS WRONG,I CALLED THE GUYS IN PARTS{NO NAMES=ASS WHOLES} AND THEY SAID CANT HELP YOU AND VERY RUDE TO ME,LIKE TUFF SHIT BUDDY CALL FFP, SO THEY DO NOT DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL. ITS SAD THAT HE IS SELL FORD PARTS AND WORKS AT A DEALER, THAT IS WHY FORD IS GETTING BAD NAMES FROM PEOPLE LIKE HIM.MAYBE ONE DAY IT WILL HAPPEN TO THAT ASS WHOLE,I ONLY WISH,,,,,,,,SO BEWARE OF PARKWAY FORD,,,,,,

Wow, I am very sorry that you seem to have problems with Parkway Ford. Please call me at 888-FORD-SVT x120 and expalin to me what has happened. I will see what I can do, if anything, to help you.

Paul told me a little bit about the phone conversation he had with you earlier today. As a matter of fact, I heard his end of the conversation with you. He told me that you were having some kind of problem, but seemed to be more upset that the manifold was not made in the USA. Unfortunately, FRPP has been having those manifolds made overseas for quite some time. We have sold hundreds of those manifolds in the past two years and have never had a real "problem" with them to date, not that yours couldn't be the first. Did you call FRPP like Paul advised you to and what did they tell you? If there were a real problem with the manufacturing of the manifold, I feel confident that FRPP would make it good.

FWIW, Parkway Ford is also an eBay seller. Our feedback score is 5000+ at 99.8% positive. We have also been an FRPP top ten dealer since 2004. I promise you that we try to take care of ALL of our customers, but it is impossible to keep everyone 100% happy.

I too have been screwed by PARKWAY FORD!!!! With their great customer service, getting parts ASAP for me even if they do not have it in stock they go the extra mile to get it for you, holding parts for me even though it maybe weeks before I get by there to get them they still hold them for me and last but not least CAN YOU BELIEVE they will answer my stupid questions even though I have no intentions of buying anything during the conversation, I just ask because I like to know and they have the resources to find out for me. With all of that said they have SCREWED me too out of thousands of dollars...........
