Jim,

I believe you, your family and track crew deserve a big Thank You and GREAT JOB for a fantastic show Saturday night. I'm sure a few will find something to bitch about but I for one thought it was great and I had a few friends with me who came in from Philly Pa. who agree. Great car count (hated to see the couple that broke but I know they'll be back), keeping the spectator cars out of the pits and letting the RACERS park there, concessions on both sides, the vendors, it goes on. A well run night and I know you all busted your asses to make it happen. The ONLY thing that could have made it better for me was if I had my junk finished and ready to go. Didn't make it this month (again, I know) but finally I just have glass, interior and some TnT to do so barring some wierd strike of lightning, I WILL be out next month. Don't believe I'll have anything for Billy Smith or the Sweetwater gang right off but there IS another CHEVY coming to play.

Later/ Dave

X2 It was history in the making. I believe this show will grow beyond anyone's expectations if the Howe's keep pushing.....I just wished they would have bought Knoxville Dragway:nice:

I know it made a late night, but we were having a terrible time getting the cars to report to staging and I gave the extra time shots since the track temp was so high on the first two,
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT. ITS ONLY GONNA GET BETTER.
No doubt this show will be tough to top, but it set a new standard. We will continue to renovate the facility and the new parking and gate area, one day it might all get done...
Thanks again. WE ARE TRYING!!

Don't worry about the late night. If I was that concerned at going home early I would have lost sooner. I would have stayed all night if i needed to.lol I loved every minute of the racing. My first time racing there and I am hooked.

It may make for late nights but the other option is racing with 140 degree track/in car temps. I vote late nights........
