got a tranny

I now have a 700R4 auto that i am going to learn to rebuild, and another set of SBC heads to port. i got some new valve guide seals for it, and i have taked the valves out, and started to polish them. should be a descent set of heads when i am done.

honestly im not sure, i havent really looked at it yet, i just threw it in my trunk. hopefully its the large pump 700 (later years)

from what i understand is that you are going to have to have a different torquearm and driveshaft. i am not 100% sure though.

Nope.. the 4+3 uses the same brace, and drive shaft. the Brace is rear end specific. All 3 transmissions are the same length. the 4+3 uses the same drive shaft as the auto, and the yoke is the same.:D

I got the transmission back today, all i need to do is get a converter, and flexplate, and she is ready for install.
