FOR SALE: 3.6 acre corner lot located on US 80 and Betlehem Church road 1 mile outside of East Dublin, Georgia. It was appraised at $39.6k 5 years ago. I will sell for $38K and pay half of the closing costs. I am moving to Savannah, Georgia and need to free up some cash for a down payment on a house. This is a growing area and will certainly increase in value over the next few years.
