Started last year as a group of XJ's mostly, that would go wheeling on a fairly regular basis. Things got bigger and now I have the pleasure to say we have our own website/ forum. Please check us out and let us know what you think. TennesseeValleyJeepers.com

How come you don't like SFWDA (Southern Four Wheel Drive Assosiation)? They are the reason Tellico is still open. One of the original members is the reason I'm into 4wheelin(even though he hates the fact I have a Yota and not a Jeep:wall: ). Just wondering if someone has done something to rub you the wrong way.

i've read about some of ya'lls rides on naxja. and such looks like you have fun . the site looks good . i'm not much of a club rider.

i shouldn't have started by saying i'm not a fan of sfwda . i've had some run- in's with them in the past .

GOOD LUCK WITH THE CLUB !

As far as the club thing goes, the group I ride with has had many runins with other clubs that are so inconciderate and unhelpful we decided to start our own. We like to go out and have fun, not be there to show off our rigs and expect to be treated like gods. The SFWDA has done alot for wheeling in the southeast and thats why we are members of that club but as far as riding with them, I'll probably stay away. Most of their events are so big and I hate sitting still on the trail waiting for traffic to clear, usually our groups are 7-14 rigs at a time.

i just hated i came across as a dick . SFWDA has done a lot for wheelin you can't take that away from them at all . i too have run into the same problems with clubs on the trails .

matter of fact a certain club based out of GA . GTR is the club . i was thinking of joining came to AETNA for a club ride last year. there was like 15 trucks/jeeps with them . i met them on aetna ....come to find out 12 of them were from the alanta area and had no tools /spare parts or no how to fix anything . i had more spare parts /tools with me than the whole group did . i lost interest in there club real fast .

i did make a couple of good friends out of this meeting . (billy ,walker ,and perr the "danishredneck" )

but , i have to say ...i would rather wheel with my 2 good friends on here SCF's that i wheel with and would trust with my life when wheelin .. lt99ls1 and cashed .

our normal group is about 3 to 6 rigs .

Well, give me some dates that would be good and maybe we can get something going for Windrock soon.
