What is the best all around 600cc bike on the market today?? I am lookin at buying one later in the spring and have my eye on a YZF R6. Want it for carving corners not drag racing.

2003 Zx6r 636.Not the Zx6rr but make sure it's the 636rr.Tops in my book anyway.But if it's just cornering,go with a v-twin like Sv 650.Just my thoughts.:D

The Yamaha for the looks is tough to beat in my opinion, even though i am a Suzuki guy. The new Suzuki 600 is supposed to be totally new this year so it may be worth looking at but Hotrod is right. If you want to corner more than anything get a SV650 or something like that. They are cheaper up front and a lot cheaper on insurance than the sportbikes are.

If i were gonna get a 600cc bike it would be the 636RR definatly...But to run in the turns i would consider a V-Twin bike....

I'll agree about the Hondas. I always thought that they were good bikes....for guys that were saving up for something better.
Anyway, I have a nice 2000 R6 I may be selling. It's a great bike with a Yoshi pipe and header and a few other mods on it. It's NEVER given me a single problem and never been wrecked. I baby it compared to most guys. I can't help it...I like the front wheel on the ground.
Email me or PM me if you wanna see it someday.

I dont have a pic of the exhaust side right now. As you see, I have flushmounts, rear signal integrator... and more.
I have an Ivan's jet kit that's yet to be installed. It's supposed to be the best you can get. It should be for $170 on a group buy.
I really like the R6. It handles great, and rides smooth. The power is nice, and revs fast. The only reason I'm considering sale is that I'd like to get an R1.
