Ok, as my belief(corect me if im rong) but for a NA engine the best way to make extra power is to get the engine revving as much as possible. My question is what modification(s) have to be done to the engine for this to happen, now i am aware that other aspects of performance have to be able to cope with this such as the fuel system,intake,exhaust,ignition,cooling, engine internals etc etc. Any help and input in how to acheive more revvs out of a N/A motor and a basic run-down of costs involved would be apprecaited.
