When do you not need emissions?

Is it when the car becomes 20 years or older ? Or is it 1985 and older.

Will my 91 not need emissions anymore in 2011 ?

pretty sure neither is right, it should be 25 years, so it would be 83 up this year.

All gasoline-powered passenger cars and light trucks 1982 and newer in the following Georgia counties must pass an emission inspection before being issued license plates:

* Cherokee

* Clayton

* Cobb

* Coweta

* DeKalb

* Douglas

* Fayette

* Forsyth

* Fulton

* Gwinnett

* Henry

* Paulding

* Rockdale

Luckily my car is considered legal in hall county.
