I was affraid of this, but all is good...New mid plate and a new set of wheelie bars hope we can make it to huntsville in 2 weeks. We are getting the bugs out of it. Just a little more tweakin... I was out somewhere between the 60' and 330' watching from the left side. It was an awesome sight !!! Not taking away from any of the other competitors at all, as there were some amazing cars, but Jim's wheelie pass to me was the highlight of the event!!!

The Orlando World Street Nat's were rained out again today! Just spoke to AG. He and Patrick Budd worked the race this weekend. Al Tucci was not even on the property all weekend let alone announce anything. I am wondering if this is the same Al Tucci that pushes pencils for his fathers construction company.If it is this dude is 6ft1in and atleast 320 lbs. On a wheelstand such as that, your going up and not out, The olds was in front of my rear tires, yes we know, however the rest of the car was in the air, now peddling the car on that run to try and get it to come down, I LOST the race. No BIG DEAL... The winner is a customer and a FREIND, and part of Howe Motorsports... So when you race a friend its no worries... Rueban and his crew are great people and HE WENT ON to WIN THE BOUNTY...

I have a choice of "4 DRAG STRIPS" that are only 50-60 miles away in all directions. I can pick and choose where I want to go and what day. The tracks here are open TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY.

So you have nothing special, and you continue to talk about owning a track when your PARENTS OWN the track, NOT YOU! :eek: :eek: :eek: This is FUN, I like being able to help you and Mike make yourselves looks like IMBECILES.

Assuming everyone runs and gives 15 minutes of cool down time, (which in a slow ass car like your daily driver is probably enough)
And it takes on the average of 1 minute to complete a run, burn out, stagging, run, shut down and the chicago famous tennis ball throw.
Thats 50 minutes per session with 15 minute between them you would get about 4 runs if your lucky in 4 hours. Now assuming there were some real racers there that needed extra time to tune and work on there cars a guy like you might get 6 runs in on a 4 hour test session. But hell what do I know.

Is that your nova? Did you sell him parts for it? Is he a customer of yours? NO! And since I have not run the blower motor in the 1/4 mile I can only say that I dont know but my NOS stuff went faster than 8.17 and this is faster in the 1/8 so I can only imagine mine is faster than before...
Now with that being said, John Force is faster than I am too, so is WJ so are alot of others...BUT NONE OF THEM HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOU....FRANCISCO...

As for my car? Well, an all original, unmolested 1964 Plymouth Fury, original 426 Max Wedge car, no rust EVER, 3rd owner, with 72,000 miles on it. Put it this way, Barrett Jackson has only sold two 64 Fury's since it's inception. One was a 426 Max Wedge CLONE that went for $66,000.00. The other was a 383 convertible that went for around 30K. So you do the math... Yeah, an all original, pristine 426 Max Wedge car is worth a little more than 60K. Class dismissed. This first lesson was on the house. Next one I'll send you the bill.:)

As I said, ALL ORIGINAL, NO RUST EVER, not a single little ding on the sheet metal, show quality paint, and what parts aren't ON the car while I'm racing are in my garage (i.e. COMPLETE), original fender tag, original build sheet, and as was stated 72,138 original miles on the odometer. Original rear end, original springs. I am the third owner of the car, and the second owner put 400 miles on it 1/8 mile at a time, and I only drive it 1/8 mile at a time. Still run it with the push button tranny as well, and leave it in "drive" short shifting at 5700 RPM. Hell, it even has the original, FUNCTIONAL Stewart Warner tach on the column (Jim has dibs on the tach, LMFAO!!!). So yeah, when/if I ever get bored with racing it, you'll see it on Barrett. That's why I don't need to keyboard race with you. 5's are of no concern because I'm not going to cut up that beautiful car.

The only one who is blind here is YOU, genius. I made a statement that YOU just verified: My car without the motor and trans in it is worth more than anything you have, so I don't need to look you up when I hit 5's, cuz mine ain't going there! Nope. 6.90's on my beast is moving out for what it is... I get sheer enjoyment from the looks of all the people running NOS, boost, stripped cars, pure drag cars who can't keep up! Not to mention my car draws more attention than most in the pits. Not everyday you see one of these in this condition. Most of all, I don't believe in owning a car if you're not gonna drive it. That seems like more of a waste than actually going out and driving the car the way it was intended to be driven.
