The track worked great Saturday and the sixty foot times were the best I have ever had. Started at 2:00 PM with a 1.45 and finished at 6:00 PM with a 1.44

I love T&T everyone was laid back and the day was just gorgeous!! Looked like alot of people had a great day, I know I did.

Only had one oil down and everyone that Jim and Family had at the track worked very hard to get the right lane back in action.

That tire dragging thing just amazes me but it works by evidence of the sixty foot times being better after the lane was repaired.

Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks for allowing us the chance to come and enjoy the track with you and the family.

Have a great Sunday!

Thanks man, we try. And yes yesterday was a very laid back we had a good time. I enjoyed watching Dad make laps, and wrenching on the chevelle. We built that car together in the early 90's and have had many different combinations in it over the years so it was cool to have it out again. Great hanging out with you.

Damn shame I wish I knew you were there last night, we had a couple things we needed to talk about. And I didnt think that truck was a poorboy truck. Bubba and Kenneth built it and Kenneth has been asking me about what parts to buy.. What did you do to it.....

Outlaw68: It was cool watching you and your dad have fun. I lost my dad back in 1995. I would have loved to had him there with me yesterday!!! Thanks again for the good time!!

Mean 68: that was my car! Thanks for the complements it has been alot of hard work!

Hot Copper Z: You need to get there earlier next time you came in late the last time I was there as well. Did you do any damage on the NOS pass? I went back and looked at the video I took of your run and sparks came out from under the car. That is a very nice car and I know you are proud of it!

I will say I am sorry for your loss, The best times in my life have been RACING with DAD. We are planning on traveling more in 2008 like we use to do. Its not to many who can say their best friend is their dad. I enjoy watching him drive and wrenching for him as much as I do driving myself.
Just remember the times you two had and know he is watching you.
Take care see you soon.

Not a matter of chilling out, I dont care who your friends with, but when you tell me the things you did about a few on here and SHANE is one of them and ask for my help I guess I misunderstood. I am glad your friends with them, nobody can have too many friends. As far as being able to afford something there are 24hrs in a day for you and them the same as there are for me, its what you do with your time that means the most.
But hell its ok, your not the only poorboy that comes to me for advice, I dont mind at all. I was just surprised to read that your truck was said to be a poorboy truck. GOOD JOB... The truck ran good, you should be happy.
Just remember as broke as I am and not able to pay my bills and all anyone should be able to afford what I do... :violen:
