We were at Steele a while about 7-8 weeks ago, the stock longblock let go around 125ft from the finish line.
The 1/8 mile was a 6.59 @ 106

[thread hijack] IIRC (i looked at his set-up once), he's got a pretty basic set-up, overbore, heads, cam, some bolt-ons, and a bit of a stall..........
remember the black full-size blazer at KD? can't remember if it was a small block or a big-block, but it made all kinds of MPH[/thread hijack]

That is a guy i know, that is a pretty hot 502 if i am not mistaken

if it is a 502, he either swapped it in very recently or lied to me. i THINK the guy i'm talking about told me 406 small block, but it might have been a similar displacement big block.
