I killed my battery at Kar Kare. It took a CRX and a Mustang GT to jump my car.

I did some weight reduction by breaking my slpash guard and a few fender liners plus I went from rollin on 18's to 16's most of the time because I am lazy and I haven't washed/vacuumed my car in over a month. So my ECONOMY car is the same ol' same ol'

Nah, in the mazda. Me and my girl were going to Nashville to sped a long weekend just chillin' and right about when you get to the second crossville exit I felt somthing smack up under the rear of the car. Mind you I was doing about 70, with traffic infront and behind me. Never saw what it was but after the smack the car started to loose power and shimy. Made it to the top of the exit 320 and jumped out to see all my gas pouring onto the road and saw the huge hole in the tank.

insurance is paying, but my deductable is 250.00 but since i have a loaner from mazda i get 10$ a day from insurance.

should get the car back this week I hope.

tank+fuel pump+labor=1,558.00

I lightened my car by driving it. But, then I had to fill the tank up again.

The Talon runs again as shocking as that is. It was in the shop for a week so Bub drove the Mazda and I drove the Z for the whole week... that was a big change for me. :)

I got some polished Supra TT wheels and my windows tinted. I've also added a lot of sweat to my interior, as my A/C is still broke.

I also bought most of the 97+ bodywork..front bumper, side skirts, rear quarter side skirt things, and rear bumper. I just need to get them painted now.

You may want to talk to them a bit about that...about 8 years ago when I had an insurance claim, the "going rate" was $19/day for "loss of transportation." Legally, it doesn't matter if they provide a rental or not...just as they're not responsible for paying more than that if you want an expensive loaner. I got about $300 total from my loss..hehe.

You're gonna have to get in touch sometime so we can go ride. I lost your number. I went by Cliff's house a couple times but never catch anybody there.

i only drove 1 day this week .. i had a bolt break off in my turbo from my downpipe .. (the housing not in the blades) well soo some friends and i pulled that and then went to a good friends biz. and machined it out .. then put it all back in next day went to put in a new volvo stud and one had been messed up going in so when i took it out it broke at the end .. soo ihad to do it all over again .. this time it was a heat treated stud soo it was much harder and then a tap broke off in the turbo ... soo that had to be drilled out by a machine shop ... soo i got alll that put back in and now im running and it works ... i need 1 clamp a IC piping clamp bolt .. retighten the studs .. and fix 2 other lilthings ... its been a long week .. but i got it all done ..

I am about to run new power/speaker/rca lines in the spyder for the new amp, and re-run the old lines to reposition the old amp....and begin hand sanding part of the interior for painting :)

Oh...and had to replace the thermostat and flush the radiator in the Blazer...just to discover I think it was the fucking water pump...
