The real Superman passed away today at the age of 69. He died in Clearwater,Fla. after complaining he had a hard time breathing. He checked out before an ambulance could get to his residence. No babysitter needed here!

His rant on the Jim Rome show about the Snake River jump is classic. Evel had balls of steel. I may dig that sound file up and post it.

There was a special on him on ESPN Classic today. It was cool where he was talking about when a couple Hells Angels were trying to make him crash before a jump and 4 of the HA got their asses handed to them by regular folks. Evel had no use for the HA as he called them scum of the earth!!! Was interesting also because he was going to be a criminal after working at the Copper mines in Butte,Montana He and some friends took two days to break into a bank and steal the goods and got zip!
