i didnt say i had the fastest street car! i said i had the fastest "TRUE STREET CAR" the white car is what i was talking about! and yes a 6.81@101 IS FASTER THEN ANY OTHER CAR HERE SO FAR with a/c and all that is or was drove ever day and have posted a time! i know there have been may cars faster then that time im not disputing that. but none that was drove in the rain, snow, sun or whatever! yes i have heard of other cars that have dynoed 600+ in town or trapped 106 mph but none faster that was drove everyday. lets not twist what i said make something look nice! conly's car went what 8.04@95 on nitto's drag radial and had all the factory stuff but not faster and he was on what 10 or 12 psi? haha but summer is coming and so is the duster and a couple or 3 other cars and newc's with more mods so i think poorboys racing is looking good!! i didnt see any others out there playing!! but who cares lol the guys from ktown were cool and i had fun so who cares?? SOMEONE DOES LOL!! nothing personal as well just fun!!

Who gives a fuck, it was all in fun. Air conditioning does not make a car a street car and neither does driving in the snow, or rain. What about the people who live in the desert, or cars that were produced without air.

The duece was drove every day, and ran in the 5's, to and from highschool every day... On a 8.5x26 tire... And those times were posted!

More than one or two around here are faster and have been faster.

we do from march untill NOVEMBER. We will have a streetrace night this year that will be BOARDS OFF. Street racing you will see when the schedule comes out. Its winter time now, and we are busy getting ready for 2008. See you then...

The water is all turned off and everything winterized at the track plus we have work to do for 2008.

lol the first race was shitty and they were prolly 300ft out from the start, thats why it looked so bad....the 2nd hit was alot cleaner and was a much closer race IMO. you get your car to hook and its gonna roll out thats for sure.

are there and scoreboards at the end of baisley hill??? How about on any other street? We have a friday night program that has boards on. EVery Friday night. We will have another PROGRAM that will have the boards off and will be set up strictly for the street racer.

Yes your right and since some people have chassis cars, we have one too.. A new addition to the Howe Camp has already run 4.40's and it has doors... That was on a easy pass. Time doesnt stand still we also have things coming out in the spring.... :rtt:

last I checked there is about 12-15 serious cars that run Howe Power.And more in the works... .
And a race for poorboys vs howemotorsports... I see alot of tahoe's , pickup trucks and daily drivers with poorboys on them, only about 4 cars that race.
If you wanna put a sticker on a school bus and say its fast by all means.. The people I bring in from out of town that come here and see that always ask me about the family cars running around with decals and wanna know..,,,

what do these people race?? After I explain it to them they can only laugh..

SO the difference is the HoweMotorsports cars are cars that we build or FIX, and all you guys do is slap a decal on them..
So obviously I have plenty of friend who would stick a sticker on, and come race.. I dont feel the need myself. My work speaks for its self.

fiberglass in the rockers...LOL.. I never hurt a rocker.. I hurt the rear lower 1/4 and it had been stretched for the tire but no fiberglass, just some body filler. I will post the pic on here tommorow. I have not had it fixed yet.. Still all jagged with metal.. If it was fiberglass I would not have worried about it taking a tire out...goober

i was wondering the same thing! i mean no one made that big of deal when he came down last year and was running a lil slower then and beat tracy on I40 and tracy spun about 5 or 6 ft lol! i guess its who you are?? or if you talk about a car they label you not the car the fastest lol!! i had fun!
