need opinions

ok i have a 302 short block and it has eldebrock upper and lower and 24 lb injectors, 70 mm throttle body and long tubes, under drive pulleys and 1 chamber flows.. ok i just purchased a trick flow stage 1 cam for it.. and i was wondering what set of heads would work best and make good power for my combination?.. what should i expect to run?. with a t5 with 3:73 gears.. would it be worth the extra money to go ahead and bore it 30 over and get some forged pistons? i need some opionions.. i want atlest high 7's. its all in a 91 mustang gt.. i have the motor out i took it out today to do some exterior cleaning on it and engine bay..

i have bout decided to go with speed pro 10:1 pistons and bore it 30 over.. and slap some trickflow twisted wedge heads and trickflow stage 1 cam and eldbrock intakes

it'll go then. or go with alittle lower comp. and spray the shit out of it.

so u don't think 10:1 would do the trick? i wasen't really wanting to spray it.. just all motor..
